What's pouring

  • Sunbeam Lager Our take on the famous German Helles – fresh, rustic and unfiltered. Served Naturtrüb, naturally cloudy, just as German local breweries do.
  • Victorian Porter A robust, smooth and complex export porter, with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Based on a recipe from 1850, with citrus and pine American hops.

Plus cider and wine. What is on the bar changes, so the current list and prices go up on Instagram.

  • Minerva BlondeClean and refreshing, with citrusy Cascade and Citra hops
  • Acton AmberA classic British bitter. Notes of toffee, hopped with Challenger, Fuggles and EKG

Visit

North Acton Square is a yard of shipping container units off Victoria Road, a few minutes from North Acton station. We are one of them, next to Sound Burger. There are tables and benches out in the middle, and a sourdough bakery and a barber on the same square.

Thursday and Friday, 4pm to 10pm. We open on other days through the summer and for events on the square, and those go up on Instagram rather than here, because they change.

  • AccessThere is a step up into the container, so the taproom itself is not step free. The square outside is level, and we will happily bring your drink out to a table if you need us to.

The brewery

Old Oak Brewery brews small batches just around the corner.

The brewery itself is not open to visitors, but you can drink our beer in the Foundry bar and in the tap room.
